1. Cook from scratch. Cooking from scratch allows you to have complete control of what goes into your food
2. Eat a balanced diet. Aim to eat a balanced diet that contains each of the food groups. Meat, proteins, seeds, wholegrain, fruit, carbs, dairy, unsaturated oils
3. Drink more water. Water is an important part of your diet. It hydrates you and helps to relieve fatigue.
4. Don’t skip breakfast. Breakfast helps to keep you awake and alert throughout the day and kick starts your metabolism.
5. Exercise regularly. Keeping fit is a very important factor in staying healthy so try to keep active as often as you can.
